Finally a cookie mix that works with keto. There is a lot of recipes floating around out there sometimes you don't want to have to run to the store and buy $30 worth of ingredients you've never heard of you just want to mix it up and go.
I decided to give these a try. Chocolate chip has never really been my thing so I used a colander to sift them out and I made half chocolate chip and half without so I could try them both.
Not the prettiest cookies I've ever made but I am shocked and amazed I loved them!!! Even the kids loved them. Even my husband who is anti diet tasting anything thought they were pretty good. These are definitely on my list of go to quick sweets!! I can't wait to try their other dessert products.
