Follow the directions on brewing the tea then add in sugar-free vanilla syrup and heavy cream to taste.
I personally only use about 3/4 the total amount of water you are supposed to in the tea just because I like it to taste stronger and I used 1 Tbs sf vanilla 2 Tbs heavy cream.
